Potato : Best Blight Busters Collection

Pack comprises 20 tubers (non-organic) each of:

Sarpo Mira - this potato has everything - unprecedented blight resistance, huge yields of tasty, floury tubers. Grows well in a range of soil types and has vigorous weed suppressing foliage. Long storage. Tubers do not appear to be affected by slugs.

Sarpo Axona - sister line to the phenomenally popular Sarpo Mira introduced in 2005. Very similar in all respects, particularly with outstanding blight resistance, but the tubers are more regular in shape and the flesh is slightly more creamy.

Superb flavour for all culinary uses.

Growing potatoes just got even easier! There's really no digging required when you use these handy, re-useable planters with strong handles so you can move them around your garden, backyard or patio depending on where you want to position your potato plot.

Just fill each one with about 40 litres of multi-purpose compost and plant 4 or 5 seed potatoes. Bags can be re-used over a number of years.

Much more attractive than your average potato gro-bag, they look great once the lush green leaves of your potato plants start coming up. Once the foliage has died back, you simply tip the bags over to harvest your crop of delicious potatoes. Plant tubers from March to mid May.

• Rocket (left) First Early - A very early bulking and heavy cropping variety for your first crop of the season. Almost round white skinned and fleshed tubers.
• Vivaldi (top right) Second Early - Really versatile as is excellent for high yields of 'baby potatoes', and larger tubers as a Second Early/Early Maincrop. Oval, yellow skinned with pale yellow flesh.
